Retirement Livery
Our retirement livery provides a natural, peaceful and fulfilling environment for our oldies. Our set up resembles the equicentral style of living in that we allow our retirees to live in a small herd environment (consisting of 6 horses) who have permanent access out onto their grazing whilst also ensuring adequate shelter by way of a large communal barn which is bedded down with our quality home produced wheat straw. Our own adlib hay & haylage is also fed throughout the winter months via tombstone feeders within the barn to compliment their fibre intake. They are free to come & go as they please from their barn out onto their large pasture all year round.
With regular photos & updates, we aim to provide peace of mind to owners, knowing their old friend is looked after & cared for to the best of our ability. Please note our retirement liveries are all of advanced age so we do not take on turned away/ recuperating younger equines.
