Assisted DIY Livery:

£315pcm

• ​Hay, haylage and straw throughout winter months

• 24/7 turn out during summer, daily turn out during winter

• Turn out in small same sex herds, in large spacious paddocks

• Routine faecal worm egg counts 3 times a year

• A turn out OR Bring in, Monday to Friday during winter months

• An AM OR PM field welfare check, Monday to Friday during summer months

• All field maintenance - we harrow the fields so there is no need for owners to spend hours poo picking! This also includes rolling, spraying and fertilising as & when neccesary

• All yard maintenance including yearly power washing & painting stables, as well as any repairs and restoration

• Full use of our excellent yard facilities including our hot water shower, solarium, tack room, feed room & rug room. (Our rug washing facility is available at extra cost)

• Full use of all of our fabulous private riding facilities including our indoor arena with mirrors, markers & SJ, our summer grass dressage and show jumping paddock and our private, off road, on farm hacking with optional cross country jumps

• Assistance available at extra cost

5-2 Livery (Monday - Friday):

£600pcm in winter, £500pcm in summer

• As above plus the following;

• Monday to Friday services, including;

• AM & PM feeding (feed supplied by owner)

• Morning turnout during winter

• A daily muck out during winter

• Evening bring in during winter (including feet picking out) 

• ​​Rug changes according to weather

• Fly spray during summer turnout

• Sun cream during summer turnout 

• AM & PM field welfare checks during summer turnout 

• Attending to the yard vet / farrier / dentist / genital hygienist 

• Assistance available at extra cost

• 7 day full care

• ​Free choice barn to grazing herd living
